UPSSSC Recruitment 2026: Notification released
Short Information:The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC), Lucknow, has issued an official notification for the recruitment of 1,784 posts under the Combined Subordinate Services (Intermediate Level) Main Examination 2025/26.

Eligibility Criteria
• Candidates must possess a scorecard from the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025 to apply for this recruitment.
• Applicants must have passed Class 12 from a recognized institution.
• The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age should not exceed 40 years. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on a written examination and document verification. The written examination will consist of 100 questions worth 100 marks, covering subjects such as Indian Polity and the Constitution, Geography (India and the World), Rural Society and Development, Science and Technology, and Data Interpretation.
The examination will be 120 minutes long. There will be a negative marking of one-fourth (0.25) of a mark for every incorrect answer. Candidates who appear for the examination will be called for document verification.
Registration Fee
Candidates are required to pay a registration fee to apply. A registration fee of ₹25 has been set for candidates across all categories. Applications submitted without the registration fee will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria – QualificationEducational Qualification : The candidate must have passed the Intermediate (12th) examination from the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, or an examination recognized by the government as equivalent thereto. PET Score: It is mandatory for the candidate to possess a valid score card for the UPSSSC PET 2025 (Preliminary Eligibility Test). Candidates who have secured zero (0) or negative marks in PET 2025 will not be eligible.
